~~Molly Olen heads the WHE (Windermere Homes & Estates) internet team.
Molly was born and raised in San Diego California. She went to Coronado High School and graduated with honors. Later she went on to San Diego State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in International Business and minors in Spanish and Marketing.
Molly has had a diverse background, working in public relations, politics, and marine electronics.
She first entered the real estate business working at the commercial real estate firm, CB Richard Ellis. Molly assisted in the leasing and sale of office space for biotech companies in San Diego.
Molly found her calling in the residential real estate market in 2010 and assisted in the management and sale of foreclosures from Bank of America direct. She later went on to assist in the disposition of foreclosed assets from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Chase, Citi Mortgage, Bank of America, GMAC, and US Bank.
Over the last year, she has assisted in the successful close of over ten million dollars of real estate in San Diego County. She has sold over 100 foreclosed homes. On average Molly closes over 25 transactions per year. Molly has assisted investors in the acquisitions of their flip projects and rental homes at auction and through various channels. Traditional sellers have entrusted her to list their homes for top market value. She has extensive knowledge of short sale transactions, as well. Molly has worked with selective first time home and move-up buyers. Her market aptitude and savvy negotiation skills set her apart. She always exceeds her client’s expectations.
